Morrisons has announced its plans for the redevelopment of Peacehaven's Meridian Centre and wants to hear your views before they submit their application to Lewes District Council.
Since acquiring the site in February, Morrisons has been preparing plans for redevelopment – to provide a new, vibrant town centre including a range of commercial, retail and community facilities.
The new development will include a brand-new Morrisons supermarket with a 27,000 sq ft sales area – 50% larger than the existing Co-op.
Residents can have their say through a new consultation website – www.morrisons-peacehaven.co.uk.
A planning application for the principle, scale and design of the development will shortly be submitted to Lewes District Council.
Before the Council makes its decision, they’d like to hear what local residents think about our plans.
