Saltdean Swim & Surf Club are offering free taster sessions from 6-7pm on Fridays at Saltdean Lido for children aged 8-16 from Peacehaven, Saltdean, Rottingdean, Ovingdean and Woodingdean - sponsored by the Saltdean Community Association (SCA).
Children must be able to swim one length of the Lido and tread water for 3 minutes to take part in the session and parents / carers must stay for the duration of the session.
Bookings must be made by Wednesday of each available week, to secure your child a space on that Friday's session.
The SCA has paid for the exclusive hire of Saltdean Lido to enable young people to swim and learn potentially life saving skills.
